Before you book

The five things people actually write to ask.

For any peel and for any first-time active, yes — forty-eight hours behind the ear, booked as a free ten-minute stop. Everything else on the menu you can book straight in.

Twenty-four hours. One room means a late cancel is a lost day, and there is almost always someone on the list who would have taken it.

Most of it. Lymphatic drainage, the scalp ritual and the back facial all are as written. For The Sixty we swap the actives out and keep the rest — tell us when you book and we will have it ready.

Yes, for any amount or any named ritual. They do not expire and they are transferable — write to us and we will post a card or send a PDF the same day.

Metered on Water Street and free after six. The Front Street garage is a four-minute walk and validates for three hours if you bring the ticket up.
